Return

You can return your order up to 14 days after delivery of the product. To do so, please announce your return via the return button in the order overview of your profile.

You will then receive a return form which you must add to your return shipment.

You can pay for the return shipment upon delivery at the Bpost office. If you bring the parcel back to the shop, this is of course free of charge.

We recommend that you send your package back to Bpost with an insured parcel to:

When returning a product, it must be unused, undamaged and complete with all accessories and labels. If this is not the case, your return cannot be accepted. If your return is accepted, we will refund the amount paid, at the most after 30 days.
